Week 12

 Change starts with one person; therefore, you can start with a small action to make a more significant change in the world. If you start with a small change, you can make a ripple effect. A ripple effect will change someone else’s life, which will make a positive impact. That person will positively impact another person; therefore, the ripple continues after that person and begins to create a more significant effect. You must believe that you can be the change in the world. Even if you are not changing the whole world, you can significantly change your community. Community is essential to the world; we cannot make a difference without community. Without each other, we cannot help; therefore, we cannot make a difference. Imagining if we were on a deserted island, we would not improve ourselves and be unable to enhance others. This is an essential part of creating Zion.

“You have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion for reaching for the stars to change the world.” Harriet Tubman. Believing that you can change the world will always be the first step. You are successful even if you change only one person’s life. As an entrepreneur, you can make a difference in many people’s lives. Thinking about it, you must include the people you hire, the people you help, and many others you may not see. You do not have to meet and see people to make an impact on them. I know some of the people that have impacted me and my life are people I have never met or seen. Through the people that have affected the people that I have in my life, I can continue the ripple effect. Continuing this ripple effect can make a significant impact on the world. Change is always going, to begin with, you; you cannot force anyone else to start the change. You must be the one to create it.
